Who owns the most expensive properties in New Zealand?

When it comes to buying a home, the big names are all over the place.

The biggest name, according to the latest figures from the Land Registry, is the Auckland Real Estate Investment Trust (ARET).

In fact, it owns more than 200,000 properties, while the ARET owns the second-largest property portfolio in the country.

But there are a lot of other players too.

What does the ARIT have to say about the value of a home?

Let’s look at some of the big players in the Auckland real estate market, starting with the largest: The ARET has a $12 billion portfolio of properties.

The trust owns $7.5 billion in Auckland.

The ARIT’s total wealth is $12.3 billion.

And it’s not just a super-rich family, it’s the largest owner of real estate in New York City.

The New York Times lists the ARATs wealth at $12,000,000 for the average person, and $12 million for a superrich couple.

But the ART is more than just a billionaire property tycoon.

Its chief executive, Andrew Waugh, is also the chief executive of Auckland Real Property.

Andrew Wyrgle is the chairman of ARET, and has worked in real estate for over 20 years.

He has also held a number of positions at ARET including as an advisor and director.

Wyrd has a wealth of $10 million, making him the second largest holder of Auckland properties after Andrew Wain and Andrew Waiheke.

The vast majority of ARAT’s assets are in Auckland and New Zealand, and they hold about 60 per cent of the Auckland market.

But ARET is also a big player in Sydney, Sydney’s second-biggest property market.

ARET’s share of the property market in Sydney is about 80 per cent, according the latest data from real estate brokerage firm Zillow.

So ARET could be a big force in the housing market in Australia and New York too.

The latest numbers show ARET and the ARCT have a combined wealth of about $14.6 billion.

This is not to be confused with the $15 billion held by the ARW Trust, the other major holding in the ARTC, but it’s still a huge investment for the trust.

ARAT owns a huge number of properties in Sydney too.

ARCT owns about 3,500 properties in the city, which includes about 200 properties in Auckland’s CBD.

ARW is the largest holder in Sydney with about $7 billion in assets.

The other big owner of Sydney properties is the Sydney Metropolitan Area Authority (SMAA).

The SMAA owns about 200,700 properties in NSW, and its main holdings are in Sydney and Melbourne.

The SMA is the main investor in ARET.

ARTA owns about 1,000 property properties in South Australia and Tasmania, and it also has about 500 properties in Brisbane.

ARTC owns around 500 properties properties in Queensland, which is the biggest owner in Queensland.

The number of ART properties in Australia has been growing steadily over the past few years, according Zillows data, but its total wealth may not be all that big for now.

According to Zillowing, ARTC’s total assets have increased from $734 million in 2013 to $1.08 billion in 2016, which means it’s now worth $1 billion.

That’s a big jump, and we’ll keep an eye on the numbers in the coming months.

But in the meantime, the ARTY has made a lot more money than it has in years.

ARTE’s share in Auckland real property was about $9.3 million in 2016.

ART’s share was about 11.6 per cent in 2015, but has grown to almost 30 per cent now.

ARTS assets have also grown by almost half since 2007.

But what is the ARTERs wealth?

The ARCT is the second biggest owner of Auckland property in the world, according for the most part to real estate data provider Zillower.

ARTR’s share has grown from about $3 billion in 2014 to $9 billion today.

ARTY is still the largest property holder in New England, with a total of about 3.5 million properties.

But this is not the only big-name property investor in New Hampshire.

Other big-named property investors include the New York Real Estate Association, the National Trust, and the National Foundation.

There’s no doubt that the ARERs wealth has grown significantly over the years.

But why is it so valuable?

ARET claims to own more than 150,000 Auckland properties, and about 1.5 per cent is in New Plymouth.

ARU has about 665,000 homes in New South Wales, and around 30 per in Victoria.

ARDT has about 1 million properties in Western Australia, and ARET says its portfolio is in Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania.
